Within one week I successfully scheduled an appointment with Sales Representative Stu Waldheim who was recommended to me by Jason in the Service Department at my request, discussed my preferred vehicle with Stu and obtained a favorable trade-in value for my other vehicle. In addition, Stu arranged for a driver to transport the new vehicle to my home and retrieve the other vehicle in time for me to report to work without incident. I cannot speak highly enough about the Infiniti products, staff and service.

We purchased a 2017 Infiniti QX50. The process was painless and short. Stu frequently communicated with us and met our demands to make the process an amicable one for both of us. The day of pickup, Stu and the rest of the staff worked tediously so that we did not have to wait hours. We especially appreciated the extended offer of assistance even after leaving the lot. Stu mentioned several times, that if we came up with any questions after our purchase day, that he "still" has an open door for us. I cam back to Stu Swalheim for the 2nd time. He does a great job and is very knowledgeable and informative. He and I had worked out the transaction via email and phone prior to me coming in - when I showed up - all went as planned and I was in and out in hour or so with a new XC80. His demonstration with the tablet was helpful as well. I will probably be back in a few years for another...Hopefully my lease turn in will go as planned and I will be one happy customer and will give a great online review at that time.
Stu Swalheim was my Sales Consultant for my purchase of the new 2018 Q50 yesterday. Prior to my on-site appointment, he had also responded to both my mine and my husband's email correspondence in a prompt manner to address all our questions and requests. Stu offered me the Canon discount since I am a Canon employee without my awareness of it even being an option, which was much appreciated!! Additionally, Stu included the manufacturer's rebate for being a current Infiniti customer in my price quote when I didn't even think to ask about it beforehand. He was very accommodating with my last minute option for a trade-in vehicle. The entire experience was Excellent Customer Service!!!!!!!!Stu was great!!!
I leased an Infiniti QX60, this is my second lease at Porter. I returned to the dealership for the continued courtesy and knowledge of sales person. I thoroughly enjoy my leased vehicle and the service at Porter is top notch. Selecting and purchasing a new vehicle can be a daunting experience, however that has not been my repeated experience at Porter. This is my dealership now and forever.
