Jeff was extremely well-versed in the vehicle and was super responsive during the 3 month long process of choosing and researching the vehicle. I decided to work with Porter after having visited several other dealers and talking/emailing with many more. Porter was upfront and not pushy. They gave a great price from the start compared to other dealers, and they provided all of the lease info in a complete, easy-to-read format. No trying to interpret a lump sum number or having to ask a million questions to get the true details of the deal.

Jeff was extremely well-versed in the vehicle and was super responsive during the 3 month long process of choosing and researching the vehicle. My car turned out to have a metal object in the right rear tire before I took delivery of it, most likely from being driven to Porter from another dealership. When I finally realized what was behind that clicking noise and called Ed at Porter, he immediately offered to replace the tire (not just repair it) before I could even ask for anything. I really appreciate that level of service!

Excellent excellent service ! If your in the market for a new Infiniti go see salesman Tom Holland. The whole team there was amazing. Purchased a new vehicle from him a month ago and the service was beyond our expectations. They didn't have exactly what we wanted in stock but that didn't stop them. They found one in another state and brought it in for us. Never hassled or bothered us. We will be back again !!
